      Are RCMA products Vegan?

      Yes we are proud to say our RCMA products are vegan. 

      Does RCMA Test on Animals? Or use a third party to test? Are you cruelty free?

      NO, NO and NO! RCMA does not test on innocent animals! We are proudly cruelty free.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally! Our System is not set up for it. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to but until then most (if not all) our retailers will ship internationally! Please go the store finder page of our website for a full list of authorized retailers.

      What If I have a questions about how to use a product or have someone help find a shade?

      We have a wonderful award winning makeup artist standing by to help you out with any questions you may have. Please email Tracy at and she will be happy to help.

      Do you offer products to bloggers for review?

      Unfortunately, at this time we don't have a program set up for reviewers/blogger. Currently the people who review our products have purchased them on their own. This is really for two reasons. One being we do not currently have the resources to give away products to all the bloggers that ask. We get a huge amount of requests everyday. Secondly, we prefer that the people who review us purchased the product themselves. That way we know they are being honest with their reviews. Too many companies saturate the market with free product just to get their name out there. You never know who is being truthful and who is getting paid for reviews. Therefore, at this time, we do not have a blogger program. We may offer one in the future so please check back from time to time.

      Do you offer a Pro discount?

      Actually we do not give a pro discount at this time and the reason is because a lot of the professional makeup supply houses that carry us already give pro discounts and we don't want to compete with our hard working vendors.  We would prefer people to buy from them, that way everyone wins, you get the discount, they get the sale and then they reorder from us! There are links to all our authorized retailers stores in the store finder category on our website at the top of the page. Please contact them and see which ones have Pro Discounts!

      When will my order ship and when will I receive it?

      We only ship Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm PST and we do not ship on all legal holidays. Most orders, if placed before 10:30 am PST will ship the same business day. If the order is placed after this time it will be shipped the next business day. Not including legal holidays. On average, parcels will take up to 5-7 business days to arrive after they have shipped.

      Why is my makeup sweating/beading?
      It is very common for cream cosmetics to "sweat." The "sweat" or "beads" are just moisture that has formed on the top of the makeup. This is perfectly normal. The quality and use of the makeup is not effected in any way.
